I went for a blood test and I asked for some water. The answer: NO, we don't have water for the clients. I payed for the test enought to get some water to drink. I really can't understand this kind of attitude. It just shows the top of the problem. The woman denied me water because I'm from another country ? But she is too, it was clear. A Canadian Quebequoise would never do this!!

They collect all your personal information but never inform you when results are ready. Poor service and unclear communication, unprofessional staff.

I came here to give in my urine sample 2 weeks ago as it was an urgent request from my gyno. I paid 77$ for it at the time. They called me a week later telling me they lost my urine sample and that I would have to come back to redo it. They told me not to worry, that everything was already written down on my file. I went back, after taking time off work to do so, and they refused to give me a full refund for their mistake. On top of it, there was no note left on my file. I won't be coming to CDL labs again.
