She is very thorough and explains everything. She is comforting and makes sure that treatment is understood as well as mutually agreed upon.
I can't describe in words how rude her receptionist is. I would never go back just to avoid dealing with her again.
This past week has been one of the worst weeks of my life in terms of pain and illness. I've had to go to different ERs/specialists to try to get an answer about what is happening and why I can't walk. Dr. Mookerjee has been incredibly helpful and compassionate about coordinating my care and finding answers to my pain. I know she is very busy, but there is clearly a reason so many patients seek her out as a primary care physician.
