if you need to organize events like graduation party, birthday, family gathering, anything at all, or even having as little as a cup of tea plz plz plz……. run the other way unless you’d want to have one of the worst customer service experience, cold food and then excuses from them on anything to put the blame back on you. you just dont get bad service only, you come out of the restaurant feeling down

I recently hosted my daughter's aqiqa program at Labonno Party Hall for about 100 guests, and I cannot say enough good things about this venue! The party hall is truly amazing—spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully lit with the perfect ambiance for any occasion. I really want to give this restaurant a 5 star because they are most CLEAN & Hygienic restaurant in ozone park. The only reason i gave them a 4 star is because the food is not consistent or best. I tried chicken and beef biryani dishes at rafa spicy and their one just taste better than labonno, even though labonno give more meat the taste is not same.
