Priciest apartments in the neighbourhood but can’t get decent wifi or fix the potholes (now a pool) in the parking. Special shoutout to the lady doing the maintenance in the building, she is the nicest and makes the day to day enjoyable!

We’re so happy living at Labo! The units are bright, and you really can’t beat the location. The building is always spotless and extremely well maintained, thanks to Audrey, who takes so much pride in her work. On top of that, she’s always friendly and goes out of her way to make the building feel welcoming, and our dog Leo absolutely loves her too! It truly makes all the difference living in a place that’s so well cared for.
Les appartements sont très agréables et lumineux. Le gros plus est un personnel toujours prêt à nous aider. Les espaces communs sont toujours propres grâce à Audrey qui est adorée des animaux !
