Vraiment un bel endroit où habiter! Les appartements sont grands, lumineux, de qualité et le staff est toujours souriant et prêt à nous aider! Audrey qui est la meilleure amie des animaux et fait un travail impeccable avec l’entretient de l’immeuble!
Cela fait 2 ans que je suis locataire au Labo. Les atouts sont une excellente insonorisation, un emplacement de choix (métro, marché Atwater, etc…). Les gestionnaires sont très gentils, toujours présents et répondent très vite à toute demande. Espaces communs agréables et très bien entretenus. Je recommande fortement.
Tres belle place! Je suis arrivé ici en juillet et à date j’aime beaucoup mon appartement. J’aurais aimé que le gym soit ouvert 24h par contre, mais les espaces communs sont magnifiques.
