Dr. Coates is so laid back, in a good way. I felt so confident with him doing my procedure. The staff checked on me afterwards. Not one unfriendly person in the office! The doctor sets the tone. Dr. Coates is kind, caring, and wants to really help! I would recommend him anytime! Thanks, Dr and staff!
