6 year's ago I went in with severe abdominal pain & Dr. Southwick was amazing! He ordered the right test and found what was wrong quickly. He admitted me & had me sent to freeman. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be alive today♡ I've also been seen there & the staff was rude etc...ig it just depends on who you get:^[
The two ladies working the counter today are maybe having a bad day or something but they are extremely short and coming off as rude. Rolling their eyes while on the phone and just seem like they don’t wanna be bothered by anything
We went to urgent care to have my husband and daughter checked out and as soon as we walked into the room we were shouted at and told they are not accepting patients until 3 (45 minutes wait, which we were prepared to do anyway) and we asked if we could check in she said at 3. We haven't been to LH this year and we're prepared to have to do the paperwork for a while, but they refused to take any information from us so they wouldn't know that. The reception staff needs to be rethought at a minimum for this business.
