I love my provider, but he's 40 miles away and we drive that distance to see him for our major medical issues etc. However, it is VERY VERY VERY frustrating that I have a clinic less than a mile away and another 10 minutes away and I STILL have to drive 40 miles to take myself, my husband or my child to the Parsons clinic for things like a cough or fever. It's utterly ridiculous. I drove my son with a cough and fever 2 days ago. He still has fever and now I have to drive BACK to Parsons. Every time I try the "walk in clinic"... read more
My dad just started care with Cindi yesterday. She was so thorough, friendly, and made sure everything was covered. She treated us with respect and kindness! We really appreciate the service that she provided to us.The staff was soo sweet and friendly too! We are looking forward to our future appointments with Cindi and her amazing staff! Thank you ladies for your kindness and compassion! We are sure thankful for you!
The care received here is good if you can get an appointment. The office staff? I'm going to say they're not so good. They don't answer the phone, and they don't call back when you leave a message. I have tried for three days to get ahold of someone in that office. Zero stars is not an option or that would be my rating. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND
