If I could give 0 stars I would. Almost two weeks ago, we were sent the wrong labels and have been talking to the person who sent it to us, Brandon since then. He said they don’t accept returns (which makes no sense because he was the one who sent the wrong item), but was going to see what a manager could do. He never got back to us. It was my very 1st time here, and it's a bit of a mixed bag, but mostly positive. The location is very easy to get to, but the premises itself is a bit tight for docking, especially if there are any trucks docked at the business opposite. What would make it easier is if the cars parked along the North of the building were parked in the West car park area.
