I live in Phoenix but wanted to send my mom a birthday present from someone locally. I ordered from Labelle Family Florist's website and just as requested, they delivered it on the promised day AND the floral arrangement and chocolate set looked way better than what I saw online. You don't get that type of service here in Phoenix, I can tell you that much. It was worth every penny and I recommend this business to anyone in the market for a nice surprise for a loved one or even yourself.

Literally ordered today. The stars are for I guess delivery service, but the bouquet delivered is not even close to the ballpark of what was purchased. So disappointed. I know they have to substitute and such but this was shocking to me the difference. Such a bummer. New to the area and wouldn’t purchase again.

I needed to purchase a particular flower in bulk, in a very specific color for my daughter's baby shower. Dee and her entire staff were extremely helpful, offering several suggestions at different price points. The day of pick-up went smoothly. They waited for me to get there, which was after 5. I will work with them in the future when I need flowers in bulk! I highly recommend them for all your floral needs. They also have a small gift shop area with tons of cute items that are reasonably priced!
