I had a very good experience today when I went to Labcorp. I met Ms. Octavia the nurse/staff member. What a delightful experience I had as Ms Octavia helped me with signing in and she was so polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Ms. Octavia drew my blood samples and was precise and accurate with the withdrawals. The only lab I go to !!!! Beverly she's the only one who can draw my blood, although lately she spends a lot of time on front desk. Today I was lucky enough to find Octavia she was great and drew my blood in one try, which is quite unusual for me. Gracias Octavia !!!
could not be happier with my experience here. Cheryl at the front desk was kind, empathetic, and efficient. There was little to no wait. Octavia who helped me do my urine drug screen was very professional and an awesome person to chat with. 10/10 experience.
Everything was smooth and easy, really liked this place for bloodwork!
