Este lugar es horrible,,,casi dos horas para que mi papá le hicieran un test de droga y aún no lo han pasado adentro ,,,vas a donde ellos y dicen que no tienen tiempo estimado,,no recomiendo este lugar a nadie
The place is ok … very small place , people are too close .If you don’t have appointment the waiting list is too , too long .The lab person was a man, very nice and patience can’t complain about that..I giving 10stars .
This place is a joke. I’m a very hard stick and they didn’t even have butterflies and the person who saw me had the biggest nails I ever seen in the medical field. I’m a phlebotomist and I haven’t experienced a place with such unprofessionalism in my entire life. Go somewhere else do not come to this place
Waited over 90 minutes to get a quick blood draw. I checked in at the kiosk as instructed. I periodically went to the window for an update. Each time was told - have a seat we will call you when we are ready. When someone finally actually helped me, it turned out my check in didn’t go through. They had me check in again and within 15 minutes I was out the door. All that waiting made me late for work. I did over hear a lady question if I had an appointment, which I did. Quality service! The staff at the location are thorough and very professional. I never had a bad experience at this location. They are great at what they do and will make your visit pleasant and memorable. It's the reason I keep going back to 830 E. Oakland Pk Blvd, Ft. Laud. Service with a welcoming smile!
