Labcorp’s entire process from check-in to billing—is deeply flawed. I visited a location staffed by only one person, forcing patients to check in through a booth that completely compromises privacy. Despite providing my insurance information at the time of the visit, I later received a bill as if I had no coverage. I can’t even begin to explain how bad my experience with Labcorp immigration DNA testing has been. Poor communication, same update every week with no progress, as it stands I am still in Limbo. I sent emails, called and tried to explain how important getting a real update on my testing is because I have military service coming up but all I get is “samples are in testing” The representative will give me a “goal date”, I would call on said date and nothing. Had 4am delivery time at 1447 york ct dock guy showed up around 420am when i asked nicely on what time they open he responded when ever he gets in there the guy is very disrespectful drivers shouldn't have to deal with people like him beware coming here very rude guy
