The worst customer service ever. I have done absolutely everything I was told to get this billing issue taken care of and labcorp is still sending collection notices for a bill that my doctors office and my insurance company told them I don't owe. Cannot get ANYONE on the phone EVER! Hold times are 30-40-50 minute's or more. The ONE time I finally got someone by phone, their English was soooo bad I couldn't understand her and I know she didn't understand me. After all of those hold times, this is what I got for service.
