Currently in the waiting room....... 45min and counting. We have watched the lobby turn over twice already. Sounds great that the are getting people through. Except my son.... no reason she just skipped over him. Tells me "sit and wait we'll call you up" it's a quick little panel to determine his medications. 15min more and then we're out of here.
Horrible customer service as usual and now they have Express Check In machines that are manadatory but don't help with the morning wait. A woman asked the customer service lady for help and was refused help. A fellow customer had to help her.
Will never go to this location again. Horrible customer service, waiting an hour to be seen .. then when I get home I get a call asking if I could come back because they made an error and didn’t draw enough tubes of blood .Overheard two employees talking about lost specimen.
