I gave 5 stars, because Kim did a phenomenal job on both myself and my 2 year old son today! This was my son's 1st time getting his blood drawn and he didn't even flinch! A gentleman, named Joe, also helped to hold my son's arm and he was very gentle and calming. I appreciate the great experience, thank you!
Horrible experience. I can’t remember her name but she couldn’t find my vein so she kept wiggling the needle while it’s in my arm. I’m thinking just move to the other arm if you can’t find it. But nope. This is the damage left
