Just plain rude staff. Elderly women with pixie cut especially. I had come in on a Saturday to ask about employment drug testing and she said only Mon-Fridays at 11-1pm. I then came again Monday morning and she rudely called my name incorrectly and then proceeded to rudely say to me that I already told you on Saturday we don’t do the drug testing until 11-1pm. I gave 4 stars. Because Lori was excellent at what she does drawing 10 vibes of blood from me.. I Didn't feel a thing. She was friendly and courteous. No wait time. Was in out in 15 minutes.

My family and I’ve been to this location a few times and have had multiple issues, but kept going back since it’s the closest lab near us. The staff is very unprofessional. We heard them talking about my son who has a mental disability while we were in their waiting room before they even brought him back. They brought us back and the phlebotomist, Kim was ready to draw his labs. Before she even stuck my son I request to not use a standard needle and use a butterfly instead. I had my lab work done today and was fortunate to have Kim draw my blood. My healthcare provider had ordered multiple tests, and Kim took her time to ensure that every single one was completed without missing any. This attention to detail showed me that she is a true professional. She was kind, compassionate, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. Honestly, this place is the worst! Everyone is so nasty and always, regardless of the number of patients present, in a horrible mood. I understand it’s a thankless job, but to be outwardly cruel to people is unacceptable.
