I made a appointment for 11am and wasn't taken back until 11:20am, this is unacceptable I make appointments so I don't have to wait and they make you wait anyway!
Kim is FANTASTIC. I am typically a patient that hates to have my blood drawn (I usually pass out 80% of the time, and they always struggle to find a vein). She immediately was able to find the vein, and was an absolute pleasure to talk to during it. I highly recommend her and will be requesting her in the future. Also - appointment was on time and easy to make. 10/10 experience
I made an appointment and was called back by Brenda today and as soon as she took my paperwork that my Dr. ordered she slammed down the paper, threw up her arms, yelled what the heck, I hate when they do this and walked away. Upon her coming back I asked if everything was ok and she said yes I hate when Dr. put the lab orders on both sides and asked my why they do that. I replied, to save paper. The woman who conducted my drug test was super rude to me for no reason. I was in the bathroom and someone walked in on me because the collector had left the area where the bathroom was—especially when drug tests are supposed to be conducted under the collector’s supervision.
