I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this lab was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly from the moment l arrived, which already made the visit uncomfortable. Unfortunately, things got worse - they drew the wrong blood work for celiac disease testing. Because of this mistake, I had to go back on a gluten diet just to have the correct labs redone, which caused significant pain and setbacks for my health. The staff was incredible accommodating helping figure out some issues with my lab order. Haley took extra time with me to work through everything. The phlebotomist was excellent. Everyone was very helpful.
I checked in and only waited 5 minutes before being called back. I never even felt the technician when she stuck me for labs. Tx Labcorp
This Labcorp is a lie. Not a Labcorp at all. Had to drive to another one an hour and a half away. I guess they can collect for Labcorp, but you have to have all the paperwork you wouldn't need if it was a Labcorp.
