Was dropping off specimens for my grandson. I waited and waited in front of closed window . When they finally opened door to call someone in , I told her I was just dropping off . She answered in rude tone and manner , you need to sign in and closed door . I had to call my daughter to get insurance info and she said mom all that information is on the request papers, they should be able to help you out.
They said it's open I drive over here and are not open and it's only 11:00 a.m.
The staff was courteous and kind
Friendly staff also happy that my insurance was covered for my annual bloood work the labcorb was crowded when I first got here felt like they could add like 2 more chairs but other then that the process was fast didn't stay crowded long
