After reading the previous reviews, I was dreading coming here. However, we were in and out in around 45 minutes. It would have been even faster had our orders come through from the doctor faster (fax wasn't working for some reason on the doctor's end). The staff was pleasant, helpful, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure my child was comfortable during her first ever blood draw.
On Friday I made an appointment for 1:15 pm online and when I arrived there was no one there; they closed at 11:00 am. I later learned they don’t honor appointments at all even though they are listed for scheduling on their website! 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ When I returned on Monday it took 5 hours to finally get my blood work done! I came in at 10:30, waited for 2 hours without being seen, left because they close for lunch from 12:30-2:00, came back a few minutes before 2:00. Horrible place to go. they don't care about anything, wont help you if you need anything fixed. they will lose your information. Better service at the plasma bank when you donate.
Very nice and helpful staff. Being new to this area we were very impressed with the staff at the Labcorp facility in Ponca City!
Absolutely the worst place don’t bother making a appointment they don’t honor them sat for almost 2hrs still never got seen was told I didn’t flyer checked in and would have to restart my waiting time I’ll be gladly driving out of town for all future lab needs this place needs to shut down or actually follow a set of standards
