Had a really good experience here for my drug screening. The young gentleman that assisted me was very professional and nice, process was extremely quick. I have no complaints. Tip #1: Drug screening starts at 8:30AM Tip #2: Make an appointment Tip #3: DON'T BE LATE.
Awful customer service for the most basic services. Every worker there made it seem like they do not wish to be there. Just thinking about my experience here just to get a finger print done puts a bad taste in my mouth.
I recently found out that I was in contact with someone positive with Covid. So I got tested through MedExpress which sends all its testing to LabCorp. I was told that testing was going to take 2-3 days and the sheet they gave me told me 1-2 days. It has since been over a week. I’ve emailed LabCorp twice with no response. I understand this is a busy time. But you’d think with a pandemic happening they’d be in contact with their patients and not ignoring them. Incredibly rude staff. I understand that they have a lot of customers but being rude on top of it all doesn’t help.
