Staff was friendly and helpful. Wait wasn’t long. I went at the beginning of the day.
The ladies who work there are pretty Awesome!!! So friendly and professional. Had a (lot) of tunes to fill and she didn't hurt me at all!
Labcorp can never get their shit together. My Dr has called in my order, I call Labcorp ahead of time to be certain they have it, they say they do. I arrive and they can't find it. Twice this has happened!! I have to take off work and drive 20 minutes each way so it's a right pain in the arse.
My experience here was decent but I am really disappointed at how misled I was given the name of this lab. This location functions as its own entity and does not offer electronic health records which is really the biggest advantage of using labcorp for me. I think I'll be using allied lab from now on for my bloodwork but I do hope this location invests in labcorp link soon.
