Sucks to answering the phone! Called repeatedly for about 30 to 45 minutes no one ever took the call and it was during their open hours and not during lunchtime.
This place is the worst. Been waiting here for 25 minutes, I think 1 person is in the office. Quest is a 100 times better. It happens every time here. When I can go to Quest if I wait more than 5 minutes it's unusual.
I was skeptical of what my experience would be like after reading prior reviews and I wasn’t able to make an appointment online so I wasn’t sure if even be able to get in the same day. I came in on a Wednesday and arrived around 9:30am. I parked in the back and the office is on the second floor, it was fairly easy to find. There was no one at the front desk so I checked in at the self check-in kiosk and it told me it would be an hour and 15 minutes wait and I could wait there or they would send me a text. STAY AWAY FROM this place!!!! This hurts A LOT, and I have really good veins… Thanks to Ava! Which by the way: WAS THE ONLY PERSON WORKING last Saturday.
