Nasty place with no wipes or paper towels in the rest room when you must leave a urine sample.
Had an appointment. Waited for an hour just to be called up with someone who got there a few minutes ago, with the tech asking if we were together… Tech drew her blood first then my turn. He did not change his gloves (dawned on me later). He then, instead of wiping my arm with an alcohol prep pad, used a dry 4x4 to do a quick single wipe to my arm…then the worst part. He hurt my arm so bad sticking the needle in my vein, then kept moving it around, saying it was the lab’s fault as the blood draw chair was set for a child, so... read more
Nice, clean facility. Micheal was super professional and very kind and expedient. I tend to vasovagal with IV and needles and let him know and he made me feel very comfortable and helped me to relax and wow, didn’t even feel the needle and no passing out!! Great experience here!
