I made a same day appointment for routine bloodwork. Within 10 minutes of my arrival Xavier was able to check me in and administer the services. He was very gentle, kind and professional despite being the only person working in the office. Xavier is great. His lack of support in the office did not alter her professionalism, level of care or time management.
Xavier was very understanding and accommodating around my anxiety of bloodwork. He took us immediately after check-in for paperwork processing and then the blood draw. He even offered to use a butterfly needle instead of the regular needle, which made all the difference. He has a very steady hand and I have zero bruising or tenderness the next day. Will be coming to Xavier for all future bloodwork if I can. Thank you!
They had just ONE person doing reception and blood draws today. It’s insane! Not returning. Why don’t you guys staff locations properly??
The website says they accept walk-in. Got there when they opened right at 6:30am. I was told to check into the kiosk eventhough i had no appointment. Went through thr prompts and it told me next appointment was Wednesday (next day). I was like do we have to take this appointment i thought there is walkin. We were told that is walkin you check in and whatever appointment is available is what we have to take. They no longer accept walk ins. So do not waste your time going if you do not have appointment.
