Fast, efficient, friendly. Ignore the negative angry folks, I came on a Monday at lunch time. One person ahead of me, 5 min wait after checking in at the self check in kiosk. The place was clean and tidy and they gave perfect service. Will gladly become back.
I am so thankful I have discovered this Labcorp location. Head and shoulders above the rest. The staff is respectful, but most appreciated is that everything is done very quickly. I have not waited more than 10 minutes and usually is only 5 minutes. They are very organized and clear. It has been a delightful experience
Most lab clinics need an appointment and even then you may wait an hour. I have recently gone several times to LabCorp Mt Airy, walked in, and was received beautifully and graciously. Within 10 minutes it was my turn and lab work was efficiently and effectively completed. Each staff member that serviced me, was exemplary whether it was the check-in process or a blood drawer or another type of needed sample. I am so appreciative of the Mt Airy staff. Thank you!!!!
Went on a Monday morning and was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Chrissy was my phlebotomist and she did a great job and was very nice!
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The front desk personnel made sure our appointment and the check-in process went smoothly. Also was able to get same day appointment.
