The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The front desk personnel made sure our appointment and the check-in process went smoothly. Also was able to get same day appointment.

Pathetic mismanagement. I walked in, did not make an appointment. I expected to wait, but not two hours. There are 12 seats in this waiting room and there were regularly 20 people crammed in there. After I waited an hour before even seeing the receptionist, I complained. At that point they told me that two people had called out that day. Could you at least have enough courtesy to inform customers of this when they walk through the door so we aren’t all sitting here waiting hours? An update to the review above.
