From what I saw and heard Labcorp as a corporation leaves the employees very little time actually wait on patients. Check in at kiosk. Which is shoved up against the wall behind where you walk in. Your name goes on waitlist. The employees seem to take your name on and off that list frequently. Due to a timing system.
Awful experience. Self service kiosks and crap service. The kiosk messaged me I was ready to be seen and then I came inside and sat for another hour. The reviews are right you can hear the attitudes and gossip from the lobby.
Incompetent. Lost results. Labcorp is set up to make sure you can never get a person when there is a problem. They make it impossible to get information and are completely incompetent. Just a bureaucratic computer nightmare when you need something. Stay clear of this nightmare and go to Quest labs.
Just went I just went to the LabCorp on Brown and Power Roads, I walked into the building at 3 PM, the front door was unlocked, I walked up to the counter and was told that the business was closed! I was there just for a quick blood draw, I was not met with kindness, it took everything I had to walk from the car into the business, the man behind the counter told me to come back on Monday, I told him I would not be coming back on Monday that it just took everything I had to get there today. Slow as molasses. The website wouldn't let me make an appointment. No one answered the phone when i called all day the day prior. Receptionist commented she was the only one sitting there so she couldn't answer the phone. The wait was unnecessary.
