We called multiple times over 3 days to try to schedule an appointment for specimen drop office. They never answered. So we found they had an online appointment booking and booked “specimen drop”. No where anywhere did it say we couldn’t do this. When we arrived, they told us “no only phone appointments”. They don’t answer their phone soooo explain how we were suppose to make an appointment? This is absolutely unacceptable

I was worried based on the reviews of the place, and indeed, the negative reviews were true. Parents, go somewhere else or you will end up with a bad experience with your babies. I walk in, and the nurse tells me to pass both parents. She tells the mother to hold her while the father holds the baby's arm. After we're doing what the nurse told us, she said she'll be back soon to call an assistant, which was a doctor. The site is closed! Just a sign on the door saying the closest one is in Salina. This is after making an appointment 2 days ago. We drove almost hour to get to this appointment, for nothing. Bad form.
