My son is 1 year old, we went to Labcorp for his 1 year blood check. The staff was not even in their scrubs, she was so unprofessional. There was no greetings or saying hello etc. She poked his first arm and there was so much blood all over his pants and shirt and that was done wrongly and he had to redo it. She did not even feel bad for it. I have never seen my son cry so much. I have never seen this extent of unprofessionalism anywhere. I would never recommend this place for kids at all. Fast, super easy online appointment and mobile check-in system. Lab echo was friendly. What else could you ask for...
We called multiple times over 3 days to try to schedule an appointment for specimen drop office. They never answered. So we found they had an online appointment booking and booked “specimen drop”. No where anywhere did it say we couldn’t do this. When we arrived, they told us “no only phone appointments”. They don’t answer their phone soooo explain how we were suppose to make an appointment? This is absolutely unacceptable
