Not a great experience. Poor attitude. Definitely won't come here again.
Very rude staff. Totally unwilling to help. My father showed him multiple insurance cards because he has multiple. He only focused on the one they don't take and stated he needed to pay the $500 bill. No effort at all to help an older person. Don't be in Healthcare if you have no compassion.
Have tried to get labs multiple days. "Due to unforeseen circumstances, today only, we can't take walk ins" each time I've gone. No appointments for 2 weeks (and the tech said no appointments for 2 months at the Pleasanton location). Basically completely useless.
Service was done at a reasonable wait time , but the tech was very rude .
As a walk in I have been turned away. Still waiting in the drs office for test results
