As a walk in I have been turned away. Still waiting in the drs office for test results
Poor coordination and communication. I scheduled an appointment for my parents, but when we arrived, we were told they hadn’t received the order from the doctor yet. If they had informed us earlier, we could have contacted the doctor’s office or rescheduled to avoid the unnecessary trip.
I've been to this location a few times and the gentlemen is always very kind despite running this office alone. He deserves his flowers for keeping it together when most wouldn't be able too! I think the issue is patients don't understand more goes into his job than just drawing blood so when walk-ins are not available to you it isn't because he is refusing services or being rude as most you called him it could be because he has seen numerous patients before you and blood/test have timeframes to be processed or guess what yo... read more
Somehow my review was moved from this location, and put under a whole other location magically..what a coincidence. ORIGINAL POST: The ONE star is for how convenient the location is that is ALL AND I MEAN ALL. I went in 2hrs before office closing as a walk-in. I was the only patient at the time, the lab tech was with a patient ending treatment in the room in the back.
