I am writing to formally complain about the male employee working at the Labcorp location in Livermore, California. Unfortunately, this is not based on one bad interaction. Every single visit I have had with this employee has been an extremely unpleasant experience. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and visibly irritated by patients.
