The biggest issue at this location is the completely incompetent employee working there. The African male phlebotomist shows a complete lack of training with unprofessional behavior - sarcasm, unclear instructions and even mocking. His behavior makes this location unsafe and unreliable for any patient.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! (Because of Aaron or Erin, don’t know his right name, worst employee ever!!!) If zero stars was an option, I would give it that. I wish I saw previous reviews. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a healthcare setting. The individual working at 4pm Today January 5, 2026 has a serious issue. Upon entering, the employee immediately displayed a sarcastic and dismissive tone. He instructed me to sign documents stating that I would be responsible for $100 if my insurance did not cover the labs, which I did. Got lab work done. The person taking my blood was very nice and accommodating. After a few days, I noticed bruising at the site where blood was drawn. I will not be back at this location.
