How is anyone supposed to pay any bill when you outsource billing to another country who's language barrier impeeds communication to establish billing and payments. If one cannot clearly communicate with your company, and us representative are impossible to transfer to. Should be illegal.

Like the rest say, wish i could give 0 stars, newborn has jaundice and we took our “stat” test order to 3 different labcorps that refused to help us due to insurance or appointment only, theyll give you a location map with 12 different labcorps and say choose and go to anyone, they dont tell you that you have to go to every single one to maybe find one thatll help, absolutely useless, my 5 day newborn has been in the car for 5 hours traveling to different bogus labcorps.

My name is Teddie Parker I had an appointment with labcorp for today November 12, 2025 in Plantation FL showed up at 10:45 sat down and waited for my name to be called. At 11:45 I’m still sitting told the tech she said my appointment was 12:45 showed her proof and she insisted it was 12:45, proof in black and white counts for nothing now a days. I lift to make another appointment for tomorrow.
