Wish I could give 0 stars. Had labs done two months ago. Results were never uploaded in my portal. Sent a message and they replied within a few hours that they would correct it. A few days later my results are there.....or so I thought. Start looking at them and they are completely different from what my doctor told me. I open the patient report and realize they put another person's results in my portal. These results include her name, address, phone number, DoB, patient ID, and all her labs. I had an interview with labcorp and honestly it was one of the worst interviews I’ve been to in a while. First off the interviewer answered a phone while I was being interviewed. And then after the interview she said my customer service wasn’t good enough. I’ve had over 6 years of customer service! And yet she said it’s not the same thing in healthcare which is completely BS because if you know how to speak and treat others that’s all what matters. Working with Labcorp as a medical office is a nightmare. They took months to respond to an account request, their reps take multiple contacts to reply, their cash pay pricing is trash and they wouldn’t do an integration with my EHR “because my account isn’t big enough”. We send every single patient to Sonoraquest unless they absolutely HAVE to go to Labcorp for insurance reasons. Cash pay through Fullscripts is also cheaper than Labcorp for cash pay, and cheaper than Access labs for in most scenarios.
