We just received a bill for close to $1,700 for routine, maternity-related bloodwork that cost in the range of $300 from another lab not long ago. We will not be doing any business with Labcorp again. Nor should you. If you do, be sure to obtain a quote first.
Labs Only for workers
Wish I could give 0 stars. Had labs done two months ago. Results were never uploaded in my portal. Sent a message and they replied within a few hours that they would correct it. A few days later my results are there.....or so I thought. Start looking at them and they are completely different from what my doctor told me. I open the patient report and realize they put another person's results in my portal. These results include her name, address, phone number, DoB, patient ID, and all her labs. I had an interview with labcorp and honestly it was one of the worst interviews I’ve been to in a while. First off the interviewer answered a phone while I was being interviewed. And then after the interview she said my customer service wasn’t good enough. I’ve had over 6 years of customer service! And yet she said it’s not the same thing in healthcare which is completely BS because if you know how to speak and treat others that’s all what matters.
