Respectful and great service
Pros: wait time was about 10-15 mins, phlebotomist was friendly, faculty was clean, several hand sanitizing stations, and everyone wore masks. Cons: phlebotomist technique was very painful, and the front desk receptionist was rude/abrasive. She actually got loud with one patient due to her doctor not sending her orders over. Totally unprofessional. Some people do not realize that customer service goes a long way. I wouldn’t return to this location.

Nice professional and friendly staff. Wait time was decent. They had a great phlebotomist there during my visit. Thank you all for having such positive attitudes.
