I am extremely frustrated with Labcorp and their online billing and patient portal system. I received a bill and tried to simply pay it online, but the system keeps saying it cannot find my bill. If patients are being directed to use the website for payments, then the website should actually work. The portal is confusing, frustrating, and clearly not being monitored or tested properly.
