Very tight dock Constant traffic stopping you People are cool though
The people who work in billing customer service here are absolutely worthless. I swear their job is to get you off the phone as quickly as they can while helping you as little as possible. Over the course of three phone calls, they were not able to help me resolve the issue with my insurance but, more importantly, they couldn't even provide me with ANY information I could use to follow up on it elsewhere.
