Like many others, Labcorp screwed me too. I got a large bill for a couple of measly tests that my insurance did not cover (shocker) I call them and say "Hey - I am cash customer, can i get the cash discount?" and the rep said yes. She lowered my bill by $200 but failed to mention you had to pay it all up front and no payment plan...I got on a payment plan and was shocked when i got an email stating the full, original, and inflated pricing... I will never go to an Labcorp again. The other day I had to get blood taken at a Labcorp in Media, PA. The workers were unprofessional and seemed to have no clue what they were doing. As soon as the needle went in I felt pain and felt like I was going to pass out. That day I could barely move my arm. It is now severely bruised and looks horrible. This place is a complete disgrace.
They send my information with this address showing it was an out-of-network procedure, versus I went in network at the local labcorp. Now I am stuck with a $172 bill that should be covered. CS are overseas that doesn't understand you.
Interesting to see other reviews stating a charge of $403. That amount is the same as what they billed me for ONE LAB. Call and paid it and they can’t even provide you with a receipt saying your balance is zero. How is this place getting away with this?
Labcorp billed my insurance $403 to which my insurance covered most of it and my EOB stated that my responsibility was $25. Labcorp repeatedly sent me the same bill for $403 even after confirming that my correct insurance information was added and they stated that they did run my insurance and that they said I owed the $403. I called my insurance company and they confirmed that my only responsibility was the remaining $25.
