Labcorp billed my insurance $403 to which my insurance covered most of it and my EOB stated that my responsibility was $25. Labcorp repeatedly sent me the same bill for $403 even after confirming that my correct insurance information was added and they stated that they did run my insurance and that they said I owed the $403. I called my insurance company and they confirmed that my only responsibility was the remaining $25. Hard to imagine a more inept and incompetent company on the planet. I am truly hopeful Amazon perfects mail in blood tests so LabCorp goes out of business. I've tried for three straight months to pay my bill online. Shocker! The website doesn't work. Try to write a review on their website and, shocker again, it won't verify you if the tone is negative. they r like all medical entities. If they use blocks of gold to get the blood work it won't cost that much.
They really wanted their pound of flesh of $31.An old insurance,was falsely reported as a secondary and third phantom insurance, to my managed care organization. Not through Medicaid TPL reporting, but to the actual MCO. Where only one insurance existed,now there are 3. Now my treatment is significantly delayed. I have to jump through hoops.
