I have left 3 messages for a return call regarding my test results that the doctor never received, no reply!!! I finally today called the 800 number! The lady that answered LAUGHED at my name! I told her that was not right, she came back with, “ do you want my help or continue with this!!!! Extremely rude! She checked for my results, Doctor and I never received confirmation!
