I called this location to see if the request for my blood to be drawn had been sent there and the first time I called, without even finding out the reason for my call, she puts me on hold then hangs up. The second time I call she gets my information, puts me on hold, comes back after a few minutes and asks for my info again and puts me on hold, comes back and asks if I am a person that I am not (I had already given her my name twice) she puts me on hold for several minutes again, then comes back and says they do not have my ... read more
They’re an incompetent waste of time
Walked right in! Staff was great.
Did a walk-in (with an order from a MD) for my young son and we were in and out of there very quickly! Staff was very kind and helpful, and the phlebotomist was so patient with my son who hates having his blood drawn. She didn’t get overwhelmed by his constant screaming over anticipation of the needle and was very calm and nice to him and me during the entire interaction. Highly recommend!
I have had about 3 interactions with this location and have been met with incompetence each time. They told me I had to refuse one of my doctor’s lab orders in order to get other tests done and then after I refused, they realized they were wrong so I had to have my doctor send a new order. Now they seem to have lost that order entirely and I’ve been waiting for results for two weeks that I doubt I’ll ever see at this point. Avoid this place if you can.
