Did a walk-in (with an order from a MD) for my young son and we were in and out of there very quickly! Staff was very kind and helpful, and the phlebotomist was so patient with my son who hates having his blood drawn. She didn’t get overwhelmed by his constant screaming over anticipation of the needle and was very calm and nice to him and me during the entire interaction. Highly recommend!

I have had about 3 interactions with this location and have been met with incompetence each time. They told me I had to refuse one of my doctor’s lab orders in order to get other tests done and then after I refused, they realized they were wrong so I had to have my doctor send a new order. Now they seem to have lost that order entirely and I’ve been waiting for results for two weeks that I doubt I’ll ever see at this point. Avoid this place if you can. Zamira was the best phlebotomist I ever had! She was so gentle and very skilled at drawing blood in challenging circumstances!

I bought two tests, a general blood test and a liver test. I took all the tests, but I didn’t get anything. The support team just ignores me and doesn’t return my money. They’re scammers!
