I bring a loved one for a weekly blood draw and the ladies at this office are so kind. They are all professional and go out of their way to make my loved one feel respected and welcome. I appreciate their care during our routine visits. Looking at other reviews, I will say that I’ve never seen them be rude or disrespectful to anyone who enters the office. Ever. As a heads up—times vary. Sometimes we can walk right in and other times we wait 30 minutes. Give yourself enough time!

I called this location to see if the request for my blood to be drawn had been sent there and the first time I called, without even finding out the reason for my call, she puts me on hold then hangs up. The second time I call she gets my information, puts me on hold, comes back after a few minutes and asks for my info again and puts me on hold, comes back and asks if I am a person that I am not (I had already given her my name twice) she puts me on hold for several minutes again, then comes back and says they do not have my ... read more

Did a walk-in (with an order from a MD) for my young son and we were in and out of there very quickly! Staff was very kind and helpful, and the phlebotomist was so patient with my son who hates having his blood drawn. She didn’t get overwhelmed by his constant screaming over anticipation of the needle and was very calm and nice to him and me during the entire interaction. Highly recommend!
