I have had about 3 interactions with this location and have been met with incompetence each time. They told me I had to refuse one of my doctor’s lab orders in order to get other tests done and then after I refused, they realized they were wrong so I had to have my doctor send a new order. Now they seem to have lost that order entirely and I’ve been waiting for results for two weeks that I doubt I’ll ever see at this point. Avoid this place if you can. Zamira was the best phlebotomist I ever had! She was so gentle and very skilled at drawing blood in challenging circumstances!
I bought two tests, a general blood test and a liver test. I took all the tests, but I didn’t get anything. The support team just ignores me and doesn’t return my money. They’re scammers!
Small space and staff don't know how or refuse to scroll down on their monitors if you have too many open orders.
Zamira was incredibly kind and professional. She helped calm my anxiety around getting my blood drawn and made it a wonderful experience.
