I had an appointment at this Labcorp location, but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. My doctor specifically requested my lab work be processed as STAT, but it was not entered that way, causing an unnecessary delay. Unfortunately, this is my second bad experience at this location. Three years ago, they lost my lab results, and they also lost my husband's results. I only decided to give them another chance because it's close to my home, but I regret it. Waited over 30 minutes after appointment until finally rescheduled. This is not the first time. The time before, they missed me entirely even after checking in. I had to knock to ask the issue. Then, one of them wanted to make excuses when the other told me she was lying.

I had a 9:30 AM appointment and checked in right on time. This LabCorp is inside a Walgreens, separated by one door covered with a giant “DO NOT KNOCK” sign. I sat outside that door for 40 minutes with several other patients, seeing no movement or sign of life inside. At 10:10, I finally knocked. A woman opened the door and immediately blamed “the system being down” for not knowing who had appointments or checked in. Very rude no personality or sense of purpose. Almost like she hates her job . the older lady working in the labcorp office . I wasn’t even being service just saw how terrible she treats customers everytime I pick u a Rx . Refuse to assist the elderly with kiosk very rude and condescending.

i arrived at 2:42 pm at Lauderdale Lakes walgreens and registered. lab corp employees did not come out to get me . i knocked on lab corp door [at 2.57pm] and woman informed me that they r closed and stop drawing at 2:45pm even though i arrived in time they just left me sit outside of lab. the technition was curt with me and refused to do the blood draw. she did not do her job and in my opinion just LAZY!
