This location was fairly busy, but I felt that the wait time was reasonable. The phlebotomist did her job excellently, in that she was professional, coureous, knowledgeable, and my blood draw went without an issue. As to those who said their technician "hurt" them when attemting to do a blood draw, I don't immediately blame the tech. I think people need to be instructed about adequate hydration and how to ensure the procedure doesn't become a failed attempt. I had an drug screen and the lady working was short staffed she was very patient with me and others she was very kind had great cx service this was a great experience you have a real gem working there

I found it odd that the bathroom used to provide a urine sample had only a sink with cold water, no soap, towels or wastebasket. So after providing a sample, I rinsed my hands off as best I could, and used TP to dry. When I got out into the main room, the tech said, "There's a sink over there to wash your hands", indicating a sink over in the corner. It had soap and towels! Is that even legal?
