Why do we make appointments if they are going to be ignored???
Alicia was great, I went there this morning and although I made an appointment online and I did check myself in they were not calling my name. Turns out the insurance had a misspell on my insurance card. When tech came out to call the next in line I told her I had been waiting . Alicia was very kind and took me right in after identifying the problem. Not my fault not her fault and she withdrew my blood right away. Kind people work here.
New tech. Terrible. Never had pain or huge swelling from a blood draw. Switch locations!!

This location was fairly busy, but I felt that the wait time was reasonable. The phlebotomist did her job excellently, in that she was professional, coureous, knowledgeable, and my blood draw went without an issue. As to those who said their technician "hurt" them when attemting to do a blood draw, I don't immediately blame the tech. I think people need to be instructed about adequate hydration and how to ensure the procedure doesn't become a failed attempt.
