Great experience! The waiting area was comfortable, and the whole visit was quick and easy. The staff member who helped me was very kind and professional. She completed everything efficiently and drew my blood without any pain or bruising. I highly recommend this lab!
My husband and I got blood draws and urine samples here. We scheduled appointments for 7:30 am and 7:45 am. The phlebotomist was efficient and got our blood in 1 try (no bruising). We didn't wait long but I can foresee bad waits later in the day. They were understaffed (only 1 phlebotomist) so I think the farther away your appointment is from opening time, the longer you will have to wait. Even if you had an appointment. The walk ins steadily increased around 7:45.
