This location is currently closed! Not sure how long it has been, but Labcorp let me schedule online here and sent a confirmation for me to arrive and find it completely closed. I was able to get in as a walk in at the Las Colinas location and they don’t know when this will reopen!
Showed up for an appointment I scheduled on the website, only to get here and find out that they’re closed? Why was I able to schedule an appointment?? I had to take time away from work to come here and it was for nothing.
Had a really bad experience at this LabCorp location. After I arrived, I asked if I could do a 10-panel drug test since I had originally chosen a rapid drug test and later learned they are two different things. The staff member, A. Perez, spoke with a harsh tone the entire time and was extremely rude and dismissive. She said, “There’s nothing I can do, whatever you chose is final,” and gave me a cold look. This location was great! That was definitely the fastest I have ever been in and out for lab work, and Tiffany R was wonderful. She was very personable, professional, and a delight in general! I will definitely be returning to this location for future lab needs.
