They really messed up! They did not do all the tests our doctor wanted, they took the blood and all like before, but then the results show they did not do all the tests, they said they sent recollection information, never told us about it, our doctor did, then they said they would send the recollection forms to the location we always go to here, but the lady pam never had any evidence of it. She was flustered, hurt us when taking more blood, we had to use new forms, they never made it right and made these two huge errors, ye... read more

Courteous and professional personnel. Clean facilities. Good on-line interface for review of results.
Waited over an hour while the phlebotomist took incredibly long amounts of time with each patient. Claims there are usually two people there however I have been there several times with only one person and I have never seen such a back up of people. It was such a long wait that appointments keep arriving and she could not manage to get the walk-ins fit in in between. I had to be taken off the list along with another person as I had to pick up someone who had been waiting for me for over 1/2 an hour. This woman either needs t... read more
