Jeana was the very best! No multiple sticks, very kind!
Terrible service. There were patients waiting for 2 hours. A lady got up and questioned how much longer because she had been waiting and the tech was really rude and nasty with her, saying she was the only one working. My mother decided not to wait for her appointment and left because of the delay and the attitude of the tech. She will go to another location.
It was only one person working the entire lab. Need more people working. Too much liability for 1 person.
