I didn’t like the idea of me having an appointment and watching the screen with the list of names that were checked in as either walk-in or appointments, people that were walk-ins, names were called before me. I waited 45mins after my appointment time before my name was called. I was like…I just need to walk in next time. Thin when I got in as I was being prepped for service the lady was interrupted and went to assist her other colleague or customer with an issue so I had to wait even longer before I got my service.
Takes unnecessarily way too long. Lab opens at 7am but they take 20+ minutes to start calling back patients.
Always fast always very professional and the personnel are very polite and accommodating
Made a appointment and here I sit 20 minutes later?????
