The professionalism here is nonexistent. Both Danielle and Geneva were completely rude. They turned away a patient that scheduled her appointment and because she arrived a few minutes late they told her she was not going to be seen and said it so rudely. Honestly, both of them need to be fired like immediately because that was just so egregious. The staff at this LabCorp are the best that I’ve ever seen. There is no wait if you have an appointment. I purposely only get my blood drawn here when I have closer locations that I could go to. The process is flawless, there isn’t even a pinch felt. Danielle is an expert and I hope that her supervisors acknowledge her as one.
Arrived early for my appointment and checked in on my phone, but never received a text saying they were ready for me. Finally went in to see how much longer the wait would be, and the tech informed me that I missed my appointment. She became very defensive when I explained that I should have received a text and never did. Her rude behavior confirmed that she knew she screwed up. Will try another location.
If you have medical conditions that might require a recliner, go elsewhere. I understand not having a bed in that cubbyhole, but a reclining chair is the bare minimum.
Staff was friendly and pain free !!
