Cindy is exceptional . Not only she was accurate and fast she was knowledgeable and clean. Ill definitely come back here again. Thank you Cindy I appreciate your hard work and great customer service.
The rep there was extremely rude. There was an issue with the purchase order not showing in her system, which is fine. She simply did not provide a solution & kept repeating how she could not do anything about it. I asked if she could guide me and she said no she does not know. It was frustrating & I left feeling poorly. I went to Quest Health & it was amazing. No thanks to this Lap Corp location
Siempre he tenido un excelente servicio aquí, excepto hoy, que está fallando el sistema. Recomiendo que tengan mas cuidado con eso.
I love that I could schedule my appointment online. The place was clean and the tech was friendly. Definitely coming back here for future lab work.
