The rep there was extremely rude. There was an issue with the purchase order not showing in her system, which is fine. She simply did not provide a solution & kept repeating how she could not do anything about it. I asked if she could guide me and she said no she does not know. It was frustrating & I left feeling poorly. I went to Quest Health & it was amazing. No thanks to this Lap Corp location

I love that I could schedule my appointment online. The place was clean and the tech was friendly. Definitely coming back here for future lab work.
I had my appointment at 9:00 and I was seen until 10 am. Then what the purpose of an appointment . I have always done my lab work on this same location, not sure what changed .
