I always make appointment, I get in right away, fast service, never had a problem with the staff. I went to a different lab corp and had to 1/2 hr or more and had to drive further now 3 miles
This location should have stayed closed if they couldn’t function properly. I went in to get blood work done just to be told that their system is down. A professional location would have informed its customers in advance of their appointment.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Came here 4 times, every time after checking in, a short height lady comes out and said we can’t take you at this time, and didn’t even listen to you and shut the door, even though the lobby area is pretty much empty. Online appointment system sucks. Tried making multiple appointments but they cancel my appointments like 20-30 minutes prior to appointment time even though i get confirmation of appointments on the email. Don’t waste your time by coming here.
