This place should be shut down, absolutely pathetic attempt of running a business
This is the worst place I've ever been to! We had an appointment for 10:15 a.m. We arrived early so as not to keep anyone waiting, but those rude people at LabCorp didn’t even apologize and didn’t call us in until 10:55 a.m. The most unpleasant people and memories from visiting this place! We’ll never come here again!
Horrible customer service at this LabCorp. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Making an appointment doesn't matter. You will wait way past you appointment time & they are rude to you when you ask questions
I had an appointment on Friday but was told I needed to fast. The lab technician instructed me to return on Monday. I returned on Monday as a walk-in due to no available appointments. I signed in using the kiosk. A lady approached me afterwards and asked if I could help her sign in, which I did. My name was on the display board ahead of the patient I assisted.
