This is the most frustrating place I've ever visited for specimen drop-off. It takes more than an hour just to hand in a specimen. They really need to specify that medical professionals should make an appointment. This is just unacceptable. You guys can do better. 👎
What a terrible experience. Made an appointment for 8:30am 10 days in advanced. Day of I get there 15 minutes before and they tell me I have to wait until 10:30 because they're very busy. WTH??? Apparently they don't understand what an appointment is.

In their website it says walk-ins are welcome but when you go in person they won’t see you without an appointment. You try scheduling an appointment online and they don’t have appointments until 3-4 weeks from now. This is important, some people need to get their lab work done!
I came to the Labcorp location located inside Walgreens in Lynwood today 2/4/26 around 11:00AM. I had a very poor experience and would not recommend this location. Online I made sure to check that walk ins are welcome which it states they are at this location but I was told otherwise upon arrival. At arrival, one of the kiosks is down and the other is covered by staff at the facility preventing you from even checking in or using it.
