In their website it says walk-ins are welcome but when you go in person they won’t see you without an appointment. You try scheduling an appointment online and they don’t have appointments until 3-4 weeks from now. This is important, some people need to get their lab work done!
I came to the Labcorp location located inside Walgreens in Lynwood today 2/4/26 around 11:00AM. I had a very poor experience and would not recommend this location. Online I made sure to check that walk ins are welcome which it states they are at this location but I was told otherwise upon arrival. At arrival, one of the kiosks is down and the other is covered by staff at the facility preventing you from even checking in or using it. Even if you have an appointment, you still have to wait. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 am, but it was 10 am, and they didn’t call me. So, I left.
No waiting but the lady was rude I didn’t have my medical card as I haven’t received it yet and I explained that to her that I was only on medical for now and my doctor provided me with two forms with barcodes with a copy of my insurance that clearly stated medical. The man explained to her that they do take medical only but she continued to say no she just had an attitude seemed like she didn’t want to attend me.
