I had an appointment on Friday but was told I needed to fast. The lab technician instructed me to return on Monday. I returned on Monday as a walk-in due to no available appointments. I signed in using the kiosk. A lady approached me afterwards and asked if I could help her sign in, which I did. My name was on the display board ahead of the patient I assisted. This is the most frustrating place I've ever visited for specimen drop-off. It takes more than an hour just to hand in a specimen. They really need to specify that medical professionals should make an appointment. This is just unacceptable. You guys can do better. 👎
What a terrible experience. Made an appointment for 8:30am 10 days in advanced. Day of I get there 15 minutes before and they tell me I have to wait until 10:30 because they're very busy. WTH??? Apparently they don't understand what an appointment is.

In their website it says walk-ins are welcome but when you go in person they won’t see you without an appointment. You try scheduling an appointment online and they don’t have appointments until 3-4 weeks from now. This is important, some people need to get their lab work done!
