No sink in bathroom. Area cluttered, had an 8am appointment, checkin being setup at the same time as my appointment took 15 minutes. Doesn't open until 8am so this time shouldn't be a scheduled appointment.
Literally doesn't answer the phone or return calls and closes early most times
This is the first time in my life I got my lab work done in a minute. Ms. Sheena is amazing. I hope she’s able to get a raise 🥹🥹
How does a lab not pick up their phone all day long or return messages? This is ridiculous.
I’ve been to this location multiple times throughout my pregnancy because it’s the closest to home and without fail they are so rude every single time. I kept thinking maybe they were having a bad day so I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but it’s clear they just aren’t nice people.
