Just had my blood work done at this location, I had my appointment at 7:15 , was called right on time , the lady was lovely and friendly, I didn’t feel the needle at all . She is the best !!!
I had an appointment at LabCorp, yet I was not taken back on time. The woman with the highlighted hair was extremely rude from the moment I checked in. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she questioned me about what time my appointment was, even though they still couldn’t see me on time. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience even more frustrating. If patients are expected to arrive on time, the staff should also respect patients’ time and treat them with courtesy. Very disappointing customer service.
Went for routine bloodwork at 11:15, one man in front of me. No other appointments on the board. Woman comes out and calls the man ahead of me and says she can't take me cause she is taking them and. then has lunch. Mkay Don't bother coming here.
