Today I had the worst experience at a Labcorp. In this location 35553 Us Highway 19N Palm Harbor, Florida.This lady told me she wasn’t going to assist me because she had too many appointments, even though I had already checked in and had been waiting for almost two hours. Sign states they have lunch from 12 to 12:30. With three people waiting she puts a sign on the kiosk stating on lunch be back at 12:30 and does this at 11:30
I wanted to take a minute to express how grateful I am that Alexis still works at this location after four years of getting my blood drawn. I’m a fainter typically when I get my blood drawn, but ever since I’ve been seeing Alexis, I have not fainted once she is very kind and patient has more patience than anyone I’ve ever encountered.
