Violated HIPPA Laws by sending part of my bloodwork to the incorrect dr. Omitted a vital bloodwork lab for my thyroid, which caused me to go back to the lab a second time to get it drawn! The worst part was I was extremely ill and needed that test ASAP and it caused a delay in getting my thyroid medication and I needed an increased dose based on that test. This delay caused me to run out of my medication for five days so instead of getting my increased dose I had no medicine for those five days causing me to become much sick... read more

The biggest problem is the staff is borderline rude. They lack compassion for all of the elderly I witnessed them talking to. The tech gave me a pee cup, but the bathroom doesn't have any toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. You only have tiny little packets of wipes. They didn't put my name on the cup even up to when I was leaving. It sat on a table with 2 other cups. The tech offered a step stool under my feet right before the draw was done.
