A nurse (if even so) from the lab today 7/02/26 at 3:40 threatened to hurt my wife during a blood work today. SUPER PROFESSIONAL.... LADY, I THINK YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE WRONG JOB.
I had labs 5 days ago ! And still no lab report. Do not go there period.
Witnessed staff treat what appeared to be a single mother very poorly. Patient was denied screening because her baby was in the room with her. The health care “provider” with reddish hair was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional towards the mother. That girl needs to be fired, be taught some manners and learn how to do her job. You’re supposed to be here to help people not push them away.
They a very disorganized and don't have the supplies needed I went 3 times with my 24 hour urine collection and wasted my time and effort of doing it only to tell me that I have to come back absolutely horrible service they don't keep up with faxes at all either I'm so upset it has held up me getting my treatment which is desperately needed I can get my medicine for my autoimmune disease without this test horrible
