Went in after scheduling an appointment for my four year old. When I scheduled the appointment I made it a point that click pediatrics. The tech Maryanne from the second she saw my child was rude beyond belief. Told me “if you didn’t have an appointment I would deny you.” she said her coworker wasn’t in that holds their arm.
