What a terrible lab experience. The women working seemed miserable, I waited an hour and a half after getting there 10 minutes before they even opened. The process of the lab work and urine sample - none of it seemed sanitary to me. Put gloves on and then reaching in drawers for the supplies (where her purse was also) then started my labs?? Stuck my arm and didn’t even tell me she was about to do it? To me - this was the worst experience for labs I have ever had.
What a terrible place to go! Long lines, even long wait just to drop off specimen. Don't go here!!! Plenty of better alternatives!
The phlebotomy staff are unprofessional, rude and unkind. They get the blood drawn done but it's a terrible experience every time. Labcorp Corporate, you should pull the video that's recording daily and watch how unprofessional they are regularly. It's strange how many negative reviews everyone is leaving yet nothing has been done to change the staff. There's so many people looking for jobs and I know there's better people out there. Or at the very least get management in there to do some education.
Great staff and great service. Easy to check in when no appointments were available. Wait time was quick.. less than 5 minutes.
Posted a review a while back. I can’t see it anymore. This place needs get some new employees. The fact I’m still seeing comments with their names this long after shows they don’t care about their customers.
