The lady who runs this location is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. My son went to an appointment today that was under a standing order and she refused to do it. When he showed her a screenshot of the standing order (that her assistant processed last month), she refused to acknowledge it and kept giving him incorrect information with her refutes. This facility is great, no longer then it took to check in… I was called in for my blood draw. Kay D greeted me and was a joy! She got the samples in no time! I’ll be going back to her when more test are required. She’s the best.
Their hours say they close at 4:00 and I got there at 3:54 and they already have a note on the computer saying they are taking no more patients. So I asked the nurse if they stop seeing patients at 4:00 p.m. and she said yes and then turned her back to me to ignore me. Very frustrating.
I dont like the way she drew blood. It didn’t seem professional
Incredibly rude and disrespectful staff, I see other complaints of the older lady that works there. I am at a loss for how rude and disrespectful she is.
