Listen Shay is the absolute GOAT! She was soooo sweet and professional. I am an extremely hard stick to the point that my doctor's office people can't draw blood.. they always have to get my doctor to draw my blood. But Shay got me on the first stick and was able to draw enough for my labs. When possible I will ALWAYS come to her. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Shay has restored my hope!
It was the tail end of the day, yet the staff was friendly, upbeat, and chipper. I love the virtual check in. And I recommend, if there is a long wait, that you pick a time spot and come back. Highly recommend, and the two women back there were amazing. Bring your license and insurance card because you will have to scan it at the kiosk!
