Awesome experience for someone who hates needles. Kind and passionate phlebotomist
I had called earlier in the week to confirm that this location would take a specimen drop off, ordered by my Dr. located about an hour away, I was told yes. Today, I went to make the drop. Upon arrival, I was informed an appointment needed to be made...for a simple drop off!? Yanni is the best phlebotomist, i am usually a hard stick but she got me so quickly and it was painless. I highly recommend her. All my family is coming to see her NOW ! thank you Yanni for being amazing at your job.
Very nice phlebotomist and I was in and out.
My daughter had lab work collected at this location on 1/22/24. We experienced terrible communication and basic consideration and respect by Mickie. My minor daughter was not made aware by her medical provider that she was sending over a lab script for a urine test as well as a blood test. Upon being made aware of this, my daughter attempted go give a urine sample. She was only able to provide a small amount.
